Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arkle1 ("Arkle1," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, take our assessment, book a call, or contact us.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, which may include:

  • Name and company name, given on the form that starts the assessment, on the booking form, or when you contact us directly.
  • Email address, given on the same forms. We need it to send you your report.
  • Phone number, optional, given on the assessment form or the booking form.
  • Your assessment answers, which include how your business runs across seven areas, your business type, your most urgent frustration, your team size, a revenue range, and how you heard about us. Revenue is a range you pick, and "prefer not to say" is one of the choices.
  • What you tell us during an engagement, including how your business operates and whatever your team shares with us while we do the work.

This information reaches us through three channels: the assessment on our website, the appointment booking form, and direct contact with us by email or phone.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead people to our website. It records which pages you visit here and three actions: starting the assessment, finishing it, and clicking to book a call. To do this, Meta sets cookies in your browser and receives technical details such as your IP address and browser type. We do not send Meta your name, email, phone, company, or assessment answers. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

We do not use any other analytics or advertising trackers. The assessment keeps your answers in your own browser's session storage while you take it, so you do not lose your place. That stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Text messages and calls

A phone number is optional everywhere we ask for one. We text you only if you check one of the two boxes under the phone field on our assessment form. Both start unchecked, the form submits either way, and neither is a condition of any purchase. These are the two statements, word for word:

I agree to receive text messages from Arkle1 at the phone number provided about my assessment results, booking links, and appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

I agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Arkle1 at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out, and HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to sign up. You can also write to us and ask us to remove your number. The SMS consent page sets all of this out on its own, and carries the same form.

If you give us a phone number without checking either box, we may still call you about an inquiry you sent us, but we will not text you.

We do not sell or share your information

Arkle1 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used by Arkle1 to work with you, and is shared only with the service providers below, strictly so they can deliver the service.

How we use your information

  • Score your assessment and send you your report.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask for.
  • Schedule and confirm calls and appointments.
  • Send messages about your assessment, your inquiry, and any engagement with us.
  • Send marketing messages, only where you have given separate marketing consent.
  • Understand, in aggregate, which problems owners bring us, so we can improve the assessment and our services. This never identifies you.

Service providers

We run on a small number of providers. They process data on our behalf, strictly to deliver our services, and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing:

  • Cloudflare, website hosting and delivery, and the database where assessment responses are stored.
  • Resend, email delivery, including your report.
  • Cal.com, appointment scheduling.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the safety of others.

Confidentiality of client information

What you tell us about your business during an engagement is confidential. We use it to do the work and for nothing else. We do not name clients or share their details without permission.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, to meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Assessment responses are kept so we can send you your report and pick up where you left off if you come back to us. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we keep the amount we hold small on purpose. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

  • Access. Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction. Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete your personal information.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us.

Write to [email protected] and we will handle it. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children's privacy

Our services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or older to sign up for text messages. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
